Zipper broke 5 months into owning. Seemed well constructed but clearly there’s an issue with these bags. Switched from an airbox and regret it.
The zipper completely pilled away from the bag and teeth broke. I’ve never seen a zipper fail like this.

Love the improvements

Had this bag for about a year (bought last February and it's March now). Amazing bag in general, but not durable. Play about 2-3 times a week and I didn't overpack the bag at all, the top zipper is weak and broke surprisingly early so had it repaired and eventually failed again yesterday. Going to stop throwing good at it and move on to another brand. It's a very expensive bag to have such poor longevity not worth it.

I bought this bag in 2022 and was excited to use the product. I play rec hockey and definitely don't abuse the bag. The zip broke 2 years into having the bag. I have had many hockey bags in the past and never had this issue. I asked the customer service to replace the zip (a cheap fix) and they declined. Poor long term quality and customer service for an expensive bag. It may be functional in the beginning, but long term, I would suggest choosing a company that has a better warranty or better quality zip. Not worth the money - look elsewhere.
