Where can I use the Grit Gift Cards?

Grit Gift Cards can ONLY be redeemed online at gritinc.net.

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

How can customers access gift cards which were misplaced or never received?

Customers can click Resend gift cards from their order confirmation email.

What if my gift card does not have enough money on it for my purchase?

If the amount of your Gift Card does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with another form of payment. This would mean a credit card or another Gift Card.

What happens when I return something I paid for with a gift card?

If a Gift Card was used for payment and you return an item, the refund will be in the form of a Grit Gift Card.
