Bag & Equipment Shipping Policy
Currently we are only able to ship within Canada and the US via Purolator or FedEx, regular ground only. Express or priority services are not available for bags or spare parts.
Please note during covid-19, courier services have significantly gone up in demand. All orders will be sent out by regular ground service only and may take up to a week or more given the changing landscape. We will continue to update this policy and all others as needed.
Spare Parts & Accessories Shipping Policy
Our primary shipping service for spare parts/accessories is Canada Post/ US Postal. A postal shipping fee of $10.00 will be applied at checkout to all spare parts /accessory orders using “ground” services that take 5 - 12 business days. Postal services have also declared delays due to volume at this time. US customs has also proven to add a delay to cross border shipping.
- “Availability”. Every product we offer is shipped on availability. If we do not have it in stock we will inform you at the time of purchase and the estimate time frame at which we will receive that product to then be shipped to you.
- “Location”. All products will be shipped on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on the weekend it will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Excluding holidays.

In the event you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, a $15.00 plus applicable taxes administration fee will be deducted from your refund. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you will also be responsible for the shipping fee to return the product back to our warehouse.
