To make it short. Ordered a bag for my daughter in which one of the wheels didn’t work properly. I followed the return policy twice with no results. Only a demeaning email from Michelle with no resolution. By far the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. The bag itself is nice for what it is but they are made in the Phillipines not in Canada. If i could go back i would have picked one of the other bag companies. Just some food for thought. Pray your bag doesn’t have any issues because getting past the ultimate customer service boss is daunting.
