Poor quality zip, warranty, and customer service

I bought this bag in 2022 and was excited to use the product. I play rec hockey and definitely don't abuse the bag. The zip broke 2 years into having the bag. I have had many hockey bags in the past and never had this issue. I asked the customer service to replace the zip (a cheap fix) and they declined. Poor long term quality and customer service for an expensive bag. It may be functional in the beginning, but long term, I would suggest choosing a company that has a better warranty or better quality zip. Not worth the money - look elsewhere.

Bag keeps getting better

Everything fits well and has a place and I’m 6’4” and wear large equipment. My last bag, the zippers all broke and I have a feeling that this won’t happen here. Been using it for a couple weeks now and I’m very happy.

this has to be the best carry bag out there...bullet proof construction, heavy duty zippers, skate pockets, compartments, ventilation, and at 37" there is enough room for everything. better than pacific rink, and conway and banks...
